Silver Award Final Report
Submit one form per project upon completion of your Silver Award project. If multiple Girl Scouts are working on the same project they must complete this form together. Review the full Final Report Instructions by viewing the PDF below. Once Final Report is submitted, a copy of the form and automated notification will be emailed to the Troop/Group Leader listed on the form, if needed look in your JUNK or SPAM folder for this confirmation. Please forward the email confirmation to all Girl Scouts associated with this project. At GSWISE, Silver Award projects are approved by the Troop/Group Leader. Final Report Instructions
Deadlines:
Girl Scout Cadettes must complete work on the Silver Award and submit Final Report to GSWISE prior to becoming Girl Scout Seniors. This deadline is September 30 after Girl Scouts complete eighth grade. To participate in the upcoming Girl Scout Award Celebration, the Silver Award Final Report must be submitted by March 1 or Girl Scouts will be recognized the following year.

SECTION 4 - SIGNATURES
We (Girl Scout Cadettes, troop/group leader, adult volunteer supervisor) agree and understand that the Silver Award Project: 1) Cannot be just a collection or donation drive, donations may be part of a larger Silver Award project, 2) Cannot be a fundraiser for another organization, program, or individual, 3) Is not simply volunteering time for another oranization in an already existing project, 4) Cannot be done by more than 4 Girl Scouts for the same project unless receiving GSWISE's prior approval, and 5) Is a Take Action project, not a community service project.
